So we went to the doctor yesterday and am excited by the advice she has given us to help our little guy out! But first here are his stats:
Height-27inches-95%
Weight-17lbs 13oz-90%
Head-17 inches-75%
The doctor said he was about the size of a 6 month old. So we talked to her about his sleeping habits and how we were concerned that he was still waking on average every 4 hours. She checked him out and found he has sore throat. She said to give him Tylenol before bed to help with that. Then we went over that he has eczema. She recommend Cortaid twice daily along with Aveeno or Aquaphor; this will help relieve the itchy skin which could also be waking him. I told her he also seemed like he has allergies; she said to put a humidifier in his room as they are in door allergies since they don't have outside allergies this early. Also keep it well vacuumed and no dust and the animals out of his room. She said it also could be that he's been fighting a cold after cold. Last but not least, she gave us an awesome hand out on how to train you baby to soothe themselves to sleep without being held or a bottle. We think he is a trained eater meaning when he wakes up he doesn't know how to put himself to sleep without a bottle. She said in about 2 weeks if we follow this we should have a new baby!!

Teagan had similar stats...at her 6 month check up :) Love and miss you all!
He's such a sweetheart. Hate to hear he's having problems. Tell him grandpa said hello...and that I want my red dog back!
he is actually already doing better! Starting to sleep 6-7 hours :-) He can't wait to see you again!
That's great...him sleeping better. What about my red dog?
you can take that one up with his big brother...he might think differently :-)
