Today Braden finally made his debut after mommy went through a very long and uncomfortable labor. The doctor finally decided on doing a c-section earlier this morning. He weighed in at
8 pounds and is 21 inches long. Mommy, daddy and baby are doing well. It's amazing how much Braden and Trent look alike, we must have some strong genetics in our family :-)

We have a beautiful field of bluebonnets near our home so the other day my sister in law took the kids out there to get some pictures. I w
anted to share them because I thought they turned out great!! (and yes, Trent is about to eat that flower)
Trent has been a very busy baby! He has learned to crawl like a pro and is starting to pull himself up on things (like the couch or coffee table). We all had a really nice relaxing Easter. Trent "found" some eg
gs and a good time playing with the other kids and babies. It is amazing how quick time flies! I can't get over that he is already 7 months old!! Also, an update on Braden, my sister is 1 cm dialated and at about 37 weeks so anyday now we can expect the newest member to our family!!
We have just been so blessed to be able to have my sister in law, Melissa, watch Trent! Trent's youngest cousin, Gavin, is just 6 months older than him so they are finally able to play together. To the left you can see them having a "drool contest". I just absolutely love the fact that Trent will be able to grow up so clo
se to his cousins and Gavin and him are already little buddies. Just the other day Melissa told me they were holding hands while riding together in the stroller. I just know how much my cousins made my childhood so much fun that I am just thrilled that Trent will have the same thing!!
