Outside Fun

So the month of May has been extremely busy for us! We've had our anniversary, David's graduation and David's birthday. Last weekend we took a trip to the river to do some camping with some friends of ours to celebrate David and his brother Steve's birthday. It was so much fun but I sure was ready to come home and take a long hot shower!!

What is so nice about Trent's age right now is that he's slowly getting to do more things! He's mastered climbing and sliding down his slide and just the other day, mastered sliding on his bottom rather than his belly. It seems like he says a new word everyday and just a few days ago started this really funny goofy laugh. Yesterday I pulled out the sprinkler and he just LOVED it! After playing in the sprinkler he enjoyed his slide for awhile. Another new love of his is toy cars. He is completely entertained by the cars you can pull back and let them go. Sometimes he'll even do the "vroom...vroom".

David's Graduation

Wow! Has it been a very busy month for us. May 1st was our 4 year anniversary and we had an absolutely wonderful evening out just the two of us. Then yesterday, David graduated from UNT! I can't believe this day is finally here and there are not words to express how incredibly proud I am of him. He's been a dedicated husband & dad, has been working full time and has accomplished finishing school on top of that! I cannot wait to see what is in store next. With the help from my mom and his mom, we had a little party yesterday afternoon to celebrate. Afterwards we headed to his graduation that started at 5pm.
